1985-1990 Migration Data for Arkansas Counties
by Age, Sex, Race, and Ethnicity

The data are available in five-year age groups as of 1990, three races: White, Black, and Other, and two ethnicity groups: Hispanic and Non-Hispanic.

We offer this data in Excel format, and due to file size considerations have split the data into two parts:

• County1.xls covers Arkansas county to Lafayette county.
• County2.xls covers Lawrence county to Yell county.

We also provide this data in text format:

• In-migration - people who migrated to an Arkansas county from within the state, other states, from abroad, and the total in-migrants.
• Out-migration - people who migrated from an Arkansas county to other counties within the state, other states, and the total out-migrants.
• Net-migration - the net movement of people, in less out, to Arkansas counties.
